Broccoli Cutlet

Broccoli is one of the vegetable that has high health benefits and seldom used in cooking. I finally figured out a recipe to include it on my kid's diet.
Both my kids just loved this cutlet and they enjoyed it with ketchup.

Ingredients
Broccoli: 3/4 cup
Potato: 1 medium sized
Bread: 2 slices
Chilli powder: 1/5 tsp
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder: 1/2 tsp (optional)
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Onion: 1 small
Bread crumbs: for coating
Oil: to fry

Procedure:
Step1:
Steam cook the potato and broccoli

Step2:
Peel the potato and mash it. Now add the cooked broccoli and mix well

Step3:
Remove the side crumbs from the bread and knead it with potato broccoli mixture

Step4:
Divide the dough equally and pat them to desired shape( Can use cookie cutter as well)

Step5:
Coat the balls with bread crumbs uniformly

Step6:
Shallow fry them with oil in a non stick skillet

Step7:
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
